As a registered user of the CalCATS software, you may elect to receive communications from the application via email and/or text messaging (SMS). These communications are provided on an ‘opt-in’ basis, and you may opt in or opt out at any time. To opt in or out of messaging services, log in to CalCATS and access your ‘My Profile’ screen. Automated communications from CalCATS are limited to the following:

- Two-factor authentication (2FA) codes if your county requires or allows 2FA for logging in to CalCATS

- Copies of submitted orders and invoices (email only) if you check the box indicating you wish to receive an emailed copy of these documents when submitting a new usage credits order in CalCATS.

- Notifications of new orders (internal to CaliCo Solutions employees only)
All system messages are informational and pertain to specific CalCATS topics. CaliCo Solutions does not send any promotional information using the contact information you provide in CalCATS.
CaliCo Solutions does not share your contact information or any other information you provide in CalCATS to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share your information with subcontracts but will do so solely for the purpose of providing help desk support to you. Any subcontractors we may use are explicitly prohibited from using or sharing your information for any other purpose or with anyone other than CaliCo Solutions.
If you want to opt out of communications and do not want (or are unable) to log in to CalCATS, please email our help desk at help@calcats.org and indicate that you wish to opt out of all communications. Your contact information will be removed from our messaging services promptly.
This Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time. Any updates to the policy will be announced through the CalCATS Release Notes and the current copy of the policy is always available from the CalCATS web site at https://calcats.org/CalCATS_Privacy_Policy.pdf.
